Email hello@dirol.io. Include your handle or wallet address and, for a trade, the transaction hash. Never send your private key, recovery material or a login code. We never ask for them.
Report content or a user
In the app, press and hold a post, comment or chat message and choose Report. To report a user, open their profile and choose Report from the menu. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also email a link or screenshot to hello@dirol.io.
Block a user
Open the user’s profile and choose Block from the menu. You no longer see their posts, comments or messages.
Delete your account
In the app, open your account settings and choose Delete account. Deletion also deletes your Privy wallet, so first withdraw all funds to another wallet and close your orders and positions. The Privacy Policy lists what we delete and what we keep.
